… must be sucked, not chewed! Random thought. Nothing to do with post at all.

First up: thanksgiving!! There were so many highlights in yesterday’s service: the drama, the real me, the coffee table life stories (my personal fave!! we may just see the coffee table again in the future!). Still, nothing beats seeing people receiving God’s love.

And yesterday we saw another 87 friends coming to know Jesus. Yhope, you’re simply outstanding! Your fervour, your desperation and your faith – God sees all that! And I just want to give you a standing ovation. Keep sowing. Keep persevering. Keep loving people into His family.

Our team rewarded ourselves with a nice zhi char dinner and a long overdue catch-up over desserts. Each of them has worked so hard! Shuz on programming; Dennis on helping the drama team; Dewen, Gideon, Sharlene, Daniel & Raphael on covering all other bases (including parental & schools matters) while superbly leading their flock. Seeing how they serve tirelessly brings a smile to my face. I’m sadistic!! Nah, I just don’t apologise for asking others to invest in the most worthwhile cause on earth.

And I, I shall reward myself by meeting many, many people this week! My butts have been stuck on office chair for too many hours for the past 10 days!! I’m DYING to meet people. Don’t get me wrong; I do feel privileged to be doing whatever I’m doing on stage every week. But my heart is still with discipleship. To guide individuals in their walk with God and release their leadership potential – there’s nothing like it! So… I plan to meet 12 people this week, no less!
